About me

Hello!

My name is Lily, and I’d like to welcome you to Lily Samuels Nutrition, a Nutrition and wellbeing consultancy that helps you optimise your health.

I transform nutrition science into effective, easy-to-implement strategies that empower my clients to achieve their ultimate well-being.

A little bit about me:

I trained and practised as a registered nurse and a midwife for 15 years, working in different departments ranging from intensive care to nursing homes.

In 2010, my health took a turn for the worse, and I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I then looked for ways to support and heal my body, and that’s when I discovered that nutrition plays a crucial role in my health.

I retrained as a nutritionist, obtaining a BSc in Health and Nutrition and an MSc in Sports Nutrition.

As a nutritionist specialising in translating nutritional science into practical strategies to promote optimal well-being, I work with individuals and organisations in the UK and globally. My focus areas include:

– Perimenopause and Menopause Symptoms

– Sports Nutrition

– Gut Health Nutrition

– Hormonal Imbalances affecting fertility, weight gain, and other hormonal issues

– Utilising Nutrition and Exercise strategies to enhance productivity at work

I advocate for personalised and preventive nutrition, understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach is ineffective for everyone.

In addition to my clinical work, I conduct Workplace Wellness Workshops to foster healthier, happier, and more productive work environments.

The way I work…

We will work together to investigate the root cause of your symptoms rather than focusing on them. SEE THE CONSULTATION PROCESS HERE: LINK

I have worked with businesses and brands such as BBC WM, BBC CWR, Hits Radio, ITV News Central, Reeds, the University of Warwick, the Federation for Small Business, Black Business Magazine and the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

I offer online Menopause Masterclasses and courses to support women who thrive in group environments.

I am a guest lecturer at Coventry University.
