• Nutrition Lunch and Learn:
Interactive and practical seminars covering topics to health and wellness where employees can pop in on their lunch break and learn about practical ways to boost productivity through good nutrition and exercise strategies. Key topics will be Eating for brain health and mental health, Menopause Nutrition, Improving Mood, and Energy Levels. These will provide applicable strategies to educate and empower employees to lead a healthy and successful lifestyle.
• Practical Workshops
These workshops focus on busy employees who are ‘time poor’, to teach them to create quick nourishing meals in a short time. On average employees consume 60 % of food at work and the food choices they make can affect whether they have a highly productive day or not. These aim at inspiring employee to replicate the recipe ideas at home or at a workplace.
• Workplace Clinic Days including Health MOT’s
This offers personalised nutrition advice and recommendations for employees, where I offer 30 minutes quick/express nutrition and health consultations for health, wellness & productivity with a view of full consultation/ MOT afterwards. These can be done virtually of in the office.
Also recommended will be a yearly health MOT to the employees with an offering of testing to identify nutritional deficiencies.
• Nutritional Nudging
I will provide nutrition analysis of food and drinks at the onsite restaurant/ coffee shop and canteen as well as checking the vending machines, offering guidance on changes.
Together with the team we will create an environment that encourages healthy change, assess the hurdles/barriers to change and offer bespoke strategies to increase compliance.
