What is included:
- Nutrition & Health Questionnaire.
Drawing from my training and experiences as a registered nurse, I have understanding and knowledge of medical conditions especially if you have any, by which I pay attention to it when designing your individualised meal plans.
This is entirely virtual, a 60 minutes consultation via Zoom or Google Meet.
During these sessions, I will be delving into details about your eating habits, gaining understanding on what is going on within your current health, exploring lifestyle choices, your environment, levels of physical activity as well as your dietary preferences, your likes and dislikes.
- Diet analysis (7 days food diary): I will ask for a food diary to have a clear idea of your diet on regular basis.
- Personalised overall health, with MENOPAUSE, GUT-HEALTH, IMMUNE etc (depending on your goal) focused meal plans for 6 weeks can also be adapted throughout, where needed, to support ongoing progress.
- Choice of movement (exercise) AND fitness nutrition meal plan (if you require separate meal plan for fitness)
- Then a 60 minutes follow up consultations every week which includes, not limited to the following as every client is different:
- Q&A to support new food choices and habits.
- We will be exploring lifestyle choices at home, at work, in social environments: such as how to navigate eating healthily when dining out, at dinner parties, sleep, family dynamics, stress management. These factors can hinder OR facilitate your health goals.
- Barriers and challenges you experience towards your success
- Lifestyle education and guidance on nutrition: This is specific to each client.
- The role of supplements in health (will recommend evidence-based products if you require them)
- WhatsApp and/or email support during working hours of 9 am and 5 pm weekdays.
An option to purchase another programme e.g., a maintenance programme after completing a 6-week programme is available, if still require nutritional support.
