Lily Samuels

As an evidence-based practitioner, Lily is committed to the benefits of a scientific approach to nutrition. She has advised on nutrition at BBC CWR radio, Entrepeneur Circle, Warwick University, among others. Prior to studying nutrition, Lily practised as a registered nurse for 15 years. Lily holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a BSc in Nutrition and Health, and a Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She is also a member of the British Dietetic Association and the Association for Nutritionists, which are regulatory bodies that ensure her professional advice is based on evidence.

Sophie Yau

Sophie is currently studying a degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Health, and she is on her third and final year. Sophie is involved in nutrition research, be it for the popular Menopause masterclasses we are offering, authoring articles, social media posts, or creating workbooks via Canva, she is the brains behind that.

Being a Professional Muaythai athlete, sports specific nutrition was important for me.
