Lily Samuels Nutrition was founded to close the gap between what the science says and what women are actually being told.
What I Do
Two arms. One standard.
Corporate: Science-led nutrition strategy for organisations employing women aged 40+. We address the metabolic, hormonal, and cognitive drivers behind absence, disengagement, and attrition before you lose your best people.
Private Practice: 1:1 clinical nutrition programmes in metabolic health, perimenopause and menopause and performance nutrition. Rigorous, personalised, outcome-focused.
Who Is Lily
Lily Samuels is a Registered Nutritionist (MSc Sports & Exercise Nutrition, BSc Health & Nutrition), credentialled with SENr, and a former nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience across cardiothoracic, neuro-orthopaedic, critical care, midwifery, and psychiatric nursing.
She has lived experience of autoimmune disease, which shapes how she approaches the complexity of hormonal and metabolic health in women. It’s not theoretical. It’s clinical and personal.
Her work has been featured on ITV News, the BBC, and HIT radio. She speaks to organisations, conference boards, and clinical audiences across the UK.
This practice exists because women deserve expert-level science, not symptom management dressed up as wellness.
