What Should You Expect?

How does it work?

 

Phase one:

Before your consultation, you must complete a Nutrition & Health Questionnaire, obtain blood tests from your GP to identify any nutrition deficiencies and keep a 7-Day Food Diary to ensure our time together is most effective.

Phase two:

You will have your first  60-minute online consultations with me. During this time, we will get to know each other, discuss your health history, and better understand your goals.

Phase three:

I will then create your personalised nutrition and well-being program. This will include dietary suggestions, meal plans, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations, and testing referrals (if required).

Phase four:

I will provide 5 x 60-minute virtual follow-up consultations. These consultations allow us to review your progress, make adjustments, and discuss the next steps. Continuous support and accountability all the way
